This experience combines a guided walk in the forest, local gastronomy, and a specialized workshop that varies with the season, offering a complete immersion in the nature and culture of the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. Each activity is planned in harmony with natural cycles and adapted to what each season has to offer, ensuring responsible and mindful tourism. The route follows exclusive trails on a family-owned estate located in an area of great ecological value, among forests of Spanish firs, chestnut trees, and cork oaks.
During the walk, you will learn about the local flora and fauna and enjoy an ever-changing landscape that reflects the richness of each season. The activity is suitable for all levels and can also be organized in a family-friendly format, with explanations and activities designed for children. Depending on the time of year, the workshop may include activities such as foraging for and learning about wild mushrooms, observing and listening to the deer rut, or an introduction to the world of bees with a honey tasting.
The day concludes with a lunch or dinner prepared with Farm to Table products from the estate, including game meats from native animals and other local produce, served in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. All our activities take place in small, private groups, ensuring a personalized, mindful, environmentally respectful, and enriching experience for all participants.
