This guided hiking tour invites you to discover one of the most authentic environments in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, following exclusive trails that cross a family-owned estate located within one of the oldest Spanish fir (Pinsapo) forests in the world. It is a very special local project: the only family living inside the natural park opens the doors of their home to share their way of life and their surroundings.
During the guided kiting tour, you will stroll among centuries-old Spanish firs and highly valuable ecological ecosystems in a little-visited area that retains its most authentic character. We offer the option to choose between an easy or moderate route, adapting to the pace and experience of the group, so you can enjoy the landscape, history, wildlife, and flora at a relaxed pace. The activity can also be adapted for families with children, offering an easy and engaging route along a forest trail featuring life-size sculptures of native animals.
The visit concludes with a lunch or dinner prepared with Farm To Table products from the estate itself, including game meat from local wild animals, served in the only cabin built entirely from Spanish fir wood. It is an opportunity to experience traditional gastronomy first-hand in an intimate setting, sharing a meal in the very place where the land is cared for and cultivated.

Hasta la victoria siempre !! I had a wonderful tour of the small white villages of Grazalema and Zahara with Celia and Isabel. Alex, at the language and touring center, did an excellent job of arranging all the administrative issues of payment, timing, matching my needs with his staff's skills, etc. This was the highlight of my tour of seven cities and towns all over southern Spain...I highly recommend this creative tour and language group to anyone. Well, this was a treat! Just the two of us, with Javier from Entrelenguas and Gilli our master chef. We met Javier and Gilli in a square near our home, and together we walked via shops to buy fruit and vegetables, and wine of course, on to Gilli's home. Over three hours or so, we prepared gazpacho sopa, paella de marisco, and créma de limon. Washed down with a superb Petit Verot from a local Ronda winery. Javier and Gilli are wonderful company and we will be buying a paella pan and practicing our new skills when we return to Australia.

We had an awesome time with Javier and Alex in the kitchen below the shop. With them we made with passion a traditional Spanish omelette, salad, vegetable soup and braised pork cheeks. All with local ingredients and the vegetables even from their own garden. After all that cooking we got to eat it as well. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed the passion and humor of our hosts.
